Silver badge in white and red enamel surrounded by two golden panicles of wheat, obverse centrepiece shows gilded hammer and sickle surmounted on a red star, hammer, plough, and torch, above sits a red enamelled flag with the Soviet motto 'Proletarians (Workers) of all countries, Unite!', reverse marked with 404334 and makers mark, on the Soviet pentagonal mount with original red striped ribbon, inclusive of eyelet
