Prussia, State. An Order Of The Red Eagle, Ii Class Cross With Oakleaves, C.1900 Hold Constructed on the French side(Preuische Rote Adlerorden Bruststern zur II. Klasse, mit Eichenlaub). Instituted on 12. 6. 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (Issued 1792 1918). Constructed of a four pointed silver rayed star, the obverse with a Gold cross pattee with white enameled arms, with a circular white enameled medallion in the center depicting an enameled red crowned eagle, surrounded by a silver ribbed ring, a broad white enameled ring inscribed SINCERE ET CONSTANTER
