Constructed of silver gilt, consisting of a red enameled cross with a laurel and oak wreath as well as crossed swords in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse center silver gilt medallion presents a figure spearing a dragon on horseback, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed Vinces in Hoc Signo, the reverse medallion presents the same central
