The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which are scalloped toward the front, while the crown is flanked on each side by a ventilation hole reinforced with a brown painted zink grommet. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia consisting of a light brown rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered silver
