Domenica Shiraz 2024 barrioalto Highlighted with hints of bergamotDomenica Estate Shiraz is grown on the South sloping ridge of our vineyard. 2023 was a long, cool growing season producing a classically styled Syrah. Blue fruit, violets and a cool stone earthiness. There is a focused and savoury palate with seamless and ripe tannin. Aged in 30% new French hogsheads. This is a wine that will undoubtedly reward those with patience to cellar. The cooler vintages of Domenica continue to improve after ten or more years
