yielding grapes with very ripe flavours
Some of the grapes are fermented in older oak barrels
Forest Hill Vineyard Block 5 Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 Size::1 Bottle 'Jaleo' means 'racket' or 'commotion'Dark saturated berry aromas, including blackberry and cherry. There is violets and florals, along with a vanilla pod sweetness. The palate is long and deeply flavoured with more dark berries. Fine tannins with an ironstone, graphite line running through the wine.
